The delegation code for updaterShouldPromptForPermissionToCheckForUpdates: seems incorrect.

In SUUpdater.m of 2.6.4, I found following implementation.

- (BOOL)updaterShouldPromptForPermissionToCheckForUpdates:(SPUUpdater *)__unused updater
{
    BOOL shouldPrompt = YES;
    if ([_delegate respondsToSelector:@selector(updater:didFinishLoadingAppcast:)]) {
        shouldPrompt = [_delegate updaterShouldPromptForPermissionToCheckForUpdates:self];
    }
    return shouldPrompt;
}

This code checks updater:didFinishLoadingAppcast: to call updaterShouldPromptForPermissionToCheckForUpdates:. I don't think this is the intended implementation, is it a bug?
