API to generate the deployment descriptor yaml

We can build a UI around the API, which will pass the payload to the operator API, and then it will generate the YAML file. The idea behind this is to minimize the complexity of writing a YAML file from scratch.

Not sure if it is a good idea to make this a part of the operator engine. This is a nice to have feature and definitely will have a positive impact on user experience. There are plenty of libs to convert JSON to YAML like this. it could be a part of UI , what do you think @lkrzyzanek @sayak-sarkar

I was thinking about some website.yaml editor with online validation and maybe some generator. Kind of Deployment Designer.
Anyway adding nice to have label.

@lkrzyzanek, this is what I was thinking of, the result of the HTML form will be in JSON format, and then using a utility library, we can transform the JSON into YAML
