New to Spatial; glitch help!

Hi!
I am wondering if I could get some help regarding a glitch in my spatial room.
My character appears to be falling through a white abyss, and I'm not sure if this is because my room had been deleted or some other reason...
I did manage to drop my phone on my keyboard prior to this occurring.
here is a screenshot of what it looks like on my end..... help would be much appreciated ◡̈
