Specify Slack channel

Is it possible to customize the Slack channel in which to send the Slack notifications?

I haven't found any documentation regarding this simple customization except for creating a custom Laravel Notifier channel which is probably a bit overkill for such a small tweak.

I've tried adding it in the config file but it still keeps sending the notification to the Slack channel specified in the webhook settings (in Slack's website).
