Test with ConsoleOutput::$runningCommand must not be accessed before initialization

Hello guys! I have a test failing with involved Monitor.
I created two Monitors in database, and call in sequence:

MonitorRepository::getForUptimeCheck() 
$monitors->checkUptime()

The checkUptime() call is throw a Exception with follow message: Error: Typed static property Spatie\UptimeMonitor\Helpers\ConsoleOutput::$runningCommand must not be accessed before initialization.

What i forget here?
