Concrete Monitor model used in Commands (e.g. CreateMonitor)

Hey,

Trying to implement this package and I need to use my custom model for this (allowing me to change the DB connection on the model). However, when using some commands, the concrete implementation is used instead of my monitor model leading to the model trying to be inserted in the wrong DB.

It's a very easy fix I think and a good one. If needed I can make a PR but I think it's very easy for one of the maintainers to do.
