Context

I am working on the Enoura Maru project in the new version of CoRA. I have been updating DNA information as it is received. This process is dynamic and will likely require multiple rounds of edits.

Bug description

When attempting to enter Y-STR data, there are no methods available from the dropdown. This method is marked as required.
From a recent datasum, a possible method for Y-STR is:
LCN Y-STR (Low Copy Number Y-STR testing)

Additional possible issues with this input screen exists, including:

  1. YSTR sequence number and Sequence subgroup are not valid entry fields and should be removed/changed
  2. Number of Loci and Loci are duplicated entry fields
  3. priority request date and "Request number" that was assigned by the DNA lab should be added that is specific to nuclear data requests
