Describe the bug

When exporting a data set from the WorkBench with COGs, the order of columns is not preserved.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a new Collection Object data set with a number of random columns & relationship fields
Rearrange the columns
Click Save
Go to Tools --> Export
See that the columns do not keep their order in the export

Expected behavior
The order of columns in the spreadsheet should be preserved in the export.

Crash Report

OS: macOS
Browser: Arc
Specify 7 Version: v7.9.6.2 and production (as of today)
Database Name: ku_fish, sp7demofish
