In the streams page we have some simple filtering logic that seems to work perfectly well in all fields except for the stream preview.

It only seems to force a reload when I select Reviewer, but not when I switch from All to Owner or Contributor.

This makes using the filter rather unintuitive, as what you're seeing is not the stream you'll get when clicking the card.
