import file is always importing #1900

I tried installing and installing locally, it all worked but when importing the IFC file into the project it always stays importing state.

Hi @namnguyen0705

Unfortunately this is a known issue when the file import service fails to parse the file.

You will need to view the logs of the file import service, which may provide further detail about the error it encountered.
