there is a good 4PDA thread for blackview, you just need to translate it from russian using google or whatever. its pretty straight forward to flash or root, just follow the steps in the thread goodluck bro :) https://4pda.to/forum/index.php?showtopic=977351 as a side note my BV9900 died from sweat getting into the phone because the adhesive that joins the camera glass cover to the phone body was garbage. "rugged" I would not recommend Blackview to anybody! I still use my Nexus 6P which i've dropped many many many times, sweaty pockets etc etc. no problem! keeps on working. Blackview...not so much :(
