Batch Merge disappeared in version 4.6.2

Description

I was using version 4.5.8, and I noticed there was a wallet update. So, I upgraded to 4.6.2, and noticed that the option to merge existing transactions into new ones using Batch was gone!

I'd like to ask you to fix this, please.

The option was intentionally removed. There is a new alternative that was added as a replacement, however I just realised, thanks to your report, that it is often incorrectly not offered to the user. (ref #10204)
