spine mobile my-app does not generate correct slug.json

Generate a new app using spine mobile my-app. The generated slug.json has no routes. Running hem server and GETting / results in "cannot get /". Adding

   "routes": [
       { ""        : "./public" },
       { "/test"    : "./test/public" }
    ],

fixes this.
