Surface Spin app execution errors as K8s events

Errors running a spin app that occur at container start up time should be surfaced as K8s events. A work around we use for this is printing the errors which displays them in pod logs. Otherwise, you have to look at the containerd logs which some operators on managed clusters may have a hard time accessing
