Hi @manicko. TinyMCE is now developed at the modxcms repository here:
https://github.com/modxcms/TinyMCE/issues

I've been maintaining the package there. Meaning I review Pull Requests and put releases together, but the project doesn't currently have a true owner. It doesn't look like any pull requests have been submitted yet that update the core TinyMCE library.

ok, I see, unfortunately not skilled enough to do it myself, though will ask community for the help.
