Starting in 2012 I began my career as a robotic simulation engineer and software developer. In my spare time I work on open source projects that I love in the hopes of making the world a little bit better of a place.

One of my main projects is "blenderpy", my attempt to create a portable bpy as a Python module. Distributions are provided as wheel files and should support most use cases.

Maintaining these open-source repositories is time-consuming, especially "blenderpy" as the code base is so vast and certain specific operating systems exhibit fringe bugs. I have also invested several hundred dollars worth of computer equipment to support these operating systems. For instance, I bought a used MacOS machine just to support that operating system.

Sponsorships would help me offset those personal costs and realize multiple operating system support much faster than doing it on my own. For instance, I had to save up for a while before buying several of the additional machines to test on; if I have some money that becomes easier to justify.

๐Ÿ“ Note that you should only donate if you can afford it, and that it does not guarantee you any specific change will be implemented, any specific bug fixed, or any additional control over what I work on.

๐Ÿ“ Additional note: if you are here in support of blenderpy, please consider becoming a part of the Blender developer fund before donating to me

Happy coding!

This is a little way of saying thank you to the time, brainpower and equipment I put into my open source projects.

Please do not feel obliged to donate I have a primary income and there are many more noble causes out there.

If you are thinking about donating to blenderpy please consider first becoming a member of the Blender Developer Fund

If you really just want to say a quick "thank you" and help me recoup some of the time and expense I have put into my open source projects, then I am grateful!
