I am currently a maintainer of PyVista and have been working with other authors of PyVista for three years, since 2020. Our project will soon reach 2k stars and needs more development resources more and more. We work entirely on a volunteer basis. Our activities are increasing, not only in development but also in tutorials at SciPy conferences and PyConJP and also in support of GitHub Discussions.
