remove hooks rake task?

I didn't actually realize running the setup tasks would add hooks to every repo, but no big deal.

Whether one is just testing, or whether one eventually decides to stop using hubstats -- how about a rake task to REMOVE hubstats hooks from all the repos?

This actually doesn't sound like a bad idea. If you wanted to start the code out and make a PR, then we can take a look at it.
