Has anyone recover files store on iCloud for Brushes app after a crash #24

i recently had a crash a restored my sys on the IPad 2 but never could get the back up of this app back on the device, had any one had this problem before?

I'm in a similar boat. Backed up my iPad2 (iOS9.3.5) to iCloud, including OG Brushes 2.0. Performed a recover from backup, but Brushes icon was darkened and after a few hours, the icon disappeared completely. I assume this is related to apps having been removed from Appstore and even MyPurchases. (I thought paid for apps would always be re-downloadable).

I'm confident my paintings were backed up to iCloud, but missing a way to retrieve them. Could really appreciate the help.
