Bucket4jAutoConfiguration seems cann't support bandwidths

Hi maintainers,

I would like to work on this issue.

I plan to add multi-bandwidth support to the RequestRateLimiter filter. Currently, it supports only a single Bucket4j bandwidth (capacity, refillTokens, refillPeriod). Multi-bandwidth support would allow limits like 100 requests per 1 minute and 1000 requests per 10 minutes.

I will implement this as a custom RateLimiter bean while keeping full backward compatibility with existing configurations. Please assign this issue to me so I can start working on it.
