Adjust CSS to use normal word breaks

The table on this page contains description text that is supposed to be left justified with normal word breaks (i.e., spaces and hyphens).

Instead, depending on the screen resolution and window width, it splits words like the into t and he. It even splits literals like @Value into @Va and lue.
