New release 1.14.0?

I'm hoping to use a version of JavaPoet with this performance fix: #828

That PR merged in March 2021. The last release, 1.13.0, was in June 2020.

Is anyone in a position to cut a new release of the library?

There are lot of PR's that can be merged that would be lot of users of this library.
