Documents container screens and container views.

Missing a couple of code samples still. Still conspicuously silent on modals, ViewEnvironment, back stack. Going to hold off on modals until square/workflow-kotlin#713 lands. For back stack, I'm thinking that discussion should be part of `common-patterns.md`.
