Catch-All Template support?

We have a child-theme setup required by a plugin, but we do not want or need the header part of the theme.
Is it possible to get the oxygen template working on the page but the rest of theme run.

So structure would be

{Oxygen naviagtion}
{inner content (child-theme controlled)
{Oxygen navigation footer}
