Create a mult-page flow to review a Grant application.

  • Limited to users with the role admin or reviewer.

Will consist of 4 pages

PAGE 1 - FIND THE GRANT

  • User will select the Grant Application to review (dropdown)

PAGE 2 - GRANT SCORE

  • 12 questions, each with a drop down.
  • Drop-down options will be from top to bottom:
    • Strongly agree
    • Agree
    • Disagree
    • Strongly disagree

PAGE 3 - GRANT FEEDBACK AND DETERMINATION

  • Provide Feedback
  • Suggest a revised budget (optional)
  • Suggest a revised delivery date (optional)
  • Provide a determination, dropdown would have options:
    • Approve
    • Reject
