TripState#snappedUserLocation is stuck #816
Description
Snapped location updates are stuck in the same position soon after reroute. I'm using custom CustomRouteProvider.
Please help to understand to root of the issue, when Snapped locations are stuck in the same place. I checked: the new raw locations are coming from the LocationProvider and RouteDeviation is NoDeviation
