MAIL FROM Command Rejected: 5.5.1 - "Send HELO/EHLO first"

Hi there. Not sure if I've caught a bug in 0.10.7 or what here.

Testing the new delivery troubleshooter, with outbound delivery to another address.

It fails, but it looks to me like an issue with the way Stalwart is trying to deliver the message?

Last portion of the test:

EDIT: What's especially odd, is that messages sent via webmail (SnappyMail in this case), go through Stalwart fine, and deliver to the same address (used in the delivery test above) without issue.

Hi, as you can see in the trace the EHLO command was sent at the beginning of the session but some servers require a second EHLO to be sent after the connection is upgraded to TLS. Stalwart does this already during normal delivery but the troubleshooting tool was not issuing this second EHLO. This has been added now.
