Unblock all IPs in Stalwart

If you were foolish like me, and set your IP blocking extremely aggressively, you might have accidentally blocked more than you want. Oops.

There doesn't seem to be an easy way to mass-unblock IPs in the web UI, so I wrote some scripting to do this with the API.

Use at your own risk. Enjoy, and I hope this helps someone else.

I have no idea why stalwart-cli can't delete by prefix, but at least curl can #1062 (reply in thread)

Yeah, I also have no idea why the output of the CLI tool displays each prefix wrapped in an ASCII rectangular box as well. It makes piping the data significantly more cumbersome. Maybe I just don't understand how it works.
