public Builder namespace(final Namespace theNamespace) {
  return namespace(theNamespace.getPrefix(), theNamespace.getPrefix());
}

should be

public Builder namespace(final Namespace theNamespace) {
  return namespace(theNamespace.getPrefix(), theNamespace.getName());
}
