Snip-9 lack of functionality

1. Cant find a method to simulate executeOutside on executor side to get estimation for fees and to check validity of executeOutside transactions
2. Cant combine multicall that contains executeOutside calls and direct call (currently neeed to wrap direct call in OutsideTransaction and leverage executeFromOutside)

Describe the solution you'd like

1. either build Invocation from OutsideTransaction to leverage simulateTransaction or create simulateExecuteOutside
2. If not possible mention in documentation
