To use different inputs, reconstructors and exporters handy 3d scanner should be moved to plugin model.

Now we have a simple plugin platform, but it's still going to be developed more, because right now I just disabled most of the functionality.

The work is going on. It already supports build on linux for desktop & multiarch android with just basic functionality. Plugin system looks good and could be connected to the platform application. The changes already available in H3DS-72 branch - but it's still not completed, so please be careful.

It's getting further - now the plugins can be activated or deactivated from the settings
