Server端端口打开状态及事件 #305

Server端是否有事件或回调能知道端口已打开或打开失败

我用ListenerSocket.Connected记数器获取这个值时发现总是返回false,但其实端口已经打开，客户端可以连接上来，Server也会收到OnOpen
