Description

Opening the send request modal on Windows is freezing the app for more than 2 seconds.

Repro steps:

Go to chat -> Open a 1-1 chat.
Click the + button and choose Add payment request

Expected behavior:
The send request modal opens in less than 500ms

Actual behavior:
It takes more than 2 seconds to open
