Assist with testing the initial implementation of tests on CI on windows host

• Limited the tests subset to 9 tests: 4 tests are disabled (if on windows) because there is a problem with sending messages with enter key on Windows, this has to be fixed (will do separately), test for syncing devices is disabled because of existing bug
• Ran this subset 10 times in a row on windows-05 and it works

there are a couple of failures, but that happens because of app random crash (also appears in linux and mac)

so the fix to run tests with VDD is to force QT render the app with openGL and thats it
