Feature request: update Readme.md

First of all: thanks for the amazing work and super easy install scripts. Now to my point:

The readme is well written, unfortunately not absolutely up to date. for example, it is missing completely the information about the very handy script 'change.sh' and how to use it.

Furthermore, it would make sense to me to include installation of the python-pip package in the install_ubuntu.sh script, and afterwards installing the requirements from requirements.txt in the script, effectively making it super-easy to install via only one script.

I'm currently working on some of the most common issues, (Updating the README is one of them), as always any help is welcome.

(Branch develop will be used from now on for bug fixes/feature requests)

As much as I would like to help, I am affraid I would not be able to write the readme correctly for a project I am not creating. I may be able to identify some specific issues, I may be able to test if the program can be installed according to the readme, however, I feel that I am not capable of writing the readme myself.
