Having trouble seting up stdlib website repo locally.

Hi, i am rahul kumar. i want to solve issues listed in www repository. but i am not able to setup codebase locally. can any one help me ?

here's what i have done
npm run install:dev and then npm run start-dev, server is starting at http://127.0.0.1:3000
When I visit http://localhost:3000, I get this response
