The schedule that I initiated from my Hue Tap started affecting lights that were not specified in the settings, nor in the scene. I did a bit of searching and this is what I found:
You can create a scene in the Philips Hue-app from either a zone or a room (group).
As I don't have a mansion, all my lights are in one zone. From that zone I create different scenes that I call on from my Hue Tap, it works perfectly.
When I asked Kelvin to control a scene with 4 of the lights, Kelvin lit up all of the lights included in the zone. Thus ignoring both the config-file, the web-interface and the scene in the Hue-app. It seems to me that a scene created from a zone will still contain all the lights in that zone.
I also tested creating a room/group with 4 lights and create a scene with only 3 of them lit. When Kelvin controlled the scenes all 4 lit up.
I would really appreciate hearing your thoughts on this!
