In the recent release StellarSdk 11.0.0-beta.3, StellarBase dependency is described as "stellar-base": "^10.0.0-beta.1"
Depending on the environment and package manager it resolves either to 10.0.0-beta.2 or 10.0.0-soroban.8.

Need to set a strict version (e.g. "stellar-base": "10.0.0-beta.2") to avoid this problem until we come back to the strict SemVer versioning.
