Zip files don't work

I have downloaded the zip file and unzip them successfully.

However, they don't work as they do on the internet.

U should use a server (like tomcat) or use firefox browser

Great! They work in my firefox locally now. I should check every browser before asking.
On the Internet they work in all my browsers, such as Chrome, IE11, and firefox, I wonder why they only work in firefox locally.

I tried your example and put them on a github webpage and it dosen't work. I tried on firefox and chrome as well. https://tekh3999.github.io/fi-ar-web2/. Should be a cube using the hiro marker. camera launches but no image. All the files are there with readme and license as required by github. works on my local computer but nothing else.
