flex undock problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to move widget from dock
2. causes BSOD


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected to undock object, causes win32k.sys fail

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
flex 3.0/ windows xp service pack 3

Please provide any additional information below.

the object appears to work/load correctly in dock. you can use scoll bars to 
see object in dock fully but when you try to remove the object from the dock 
it causes a windows crash. The object is a swf file not a jnpl. the object is 
also running on the local provıder.
