Mura 62 Compat BuildURL not working for frontend, works fine for admin section

I am using the 62_compat version of the murafw1 with the built in fw 3.1.0 (manual update to 4 would break at plugin install).

My admin urls work correctly, just not the frontend urls.

Every link takes me back to root when originating url is a few folders deep.

When I add the debugging code that is posted f9bd5a7#diff-3a75bb70f4ba3728dcf84b95810559c3
if gives me just /index.cfm

While tooling around with it, I used $.GetCurrentURL on the testing, it shows fine.

The application.cfc file is the one included in the 62_compat version
Index.cfm is ommitted from urls.
Running Mura 6.2.6543, ACF 10, Win Server 2008

Any help would be appreciated.
