SPA: move filters from popup to page

When on route and exit pages Filters button appears on the toolbar and clicking on it, activates filters popup. Instead of showing them in the popup, we want to show them directly on the top of route and exit pages. For this task:

1. Create an image mockups suggesting how filters should be showing on route and exit pages. There should be 2 mockups - one for phone and tablet view and one for desktop view. All styles from filters popup can be preserved, then main change is that they should be compact on the screen and fill available space both for phone and desktop.
   • Filters should be in collapsed section with a button saying Show Filters / Hide Filters
   • Filters should be below header and description text of the page
   • Filters should be above sidebar on the route page.
2. Remove filters from popup and implelement mockup from (1)
