when importing a space, it works but I see the same space DID listed many times with many named 'untitled'

tl;dr

• I encountered a small bug when I was using the 'Import UCAN' button at https://console.web3.storage/space/import where I see the imported space listed many times as 'untitled' when I expect to see only one list item for the imported space and with the name from the UCAN authorization

Context

• I just worked on this other script to generate a ucan for nft.storage's w3up space so someone can use console.web3.storage to browse the space feat: added script to generate ucan for w3up space and docs for how to access the space using console.web3.storage nftstorage/nft.storage#2554

How to Reproduce

Requirements

• practically, you probably need to be on the nft.storage dev team and have access to the secrets vault

Steps

1. Follow these instructions on using console.web3.storage to browse uploads to w3up with values from 'w3up credentials' in secrets vault (or contrive your own, but I don't have docs for that)

Expected Behavior

• After I upload the .ucan file, the page shows me the imported space name + DID

Actual Behavior

• After I upload the .ucan file, the page shows me the imported space name + DID (as desired)
• BUT ALSO, I see 5 more spaces listed as 'Untitled' with the same space DID and affordance to 'View'. I think that's a bug? Or at least I am misunderstanding why they show up.
  

Recommendation

• it could be that my script generating the ucan is doing it in a bad way, but I'm using pretty off-the-shelf methods from @web3-storage/access/space https://github.com/nftstorage/nft.storage/blob/main/packages/api/scripts/cmds/w3up-console-ucan-request.js#L108
• we should update the console ui code to only show one space for the imported ucan, and it should not show any with 'Untitled' if there is a space name for that space DID already.
