Currently, w3 ls will page through all results in a space (or, it will, once #48 is fixed). This is not very friendly in spaces that contain a very large number of items. Per #45 (review), figure out a better way - eg from the linked comment:

this might be a "Continue (y/n)?" prompt or a --stream flag (or both)
