In short, (Digital Ocean App) that listens on logs from cid-verifier loki instance and sends emails to badbits when malicious content is found.

Probably creating a cid-reporting package that will listen from multiple event sources and inform other parties of what we got to know. In other words, start by designing a simple Digital Ocean App for listening on logs and report to badbits, but have extensibility in mind.
