Describe the bug

TypeError: Failed to load plugin 'storybook' declared in '.eslintrc.cjs': Class extends value undefined is not a constructor or null
Referenced from

working fine till - "eslint-plugin-storybook": "^0.9.0", Breaking from "eslint-plugin-storybook": "^0.10.0"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Refer .eslintrc.cjs attached here eslintrc.txt
npm lint - eslint src --ext ts,tsx --report-unused-disable-directives --max-warnings 0
It gives this error

Expected behavior
It should run lint rules and not give this error
