A plus member has requested the ability to limit the number of new forums/topics a user is allowed to create per membership level

This would be an awesome feature, I think a generalized plugin would be great to limit (in general) the number of posts a member can create and should work with CPT's too! 👍

I'll leave this open for a bit.
