Add Option to redirect non-members from the 'forums' archive page. #43

Our plugin allows you to turn off access to individual forums, but the forums archive page will display all forums on the site.

We have a code snippet to redirect non-members away from this page.

This would be a great option to have when setting up the plugin.

We should also do the same for the topics archive page.
