Airdropped Tokens Locked Without Private Key

Hi, with Streamflow, is it possible to airdrop locked tokens to users, without needing them to link their wallet/and/or sign any lock transactions?

My understanding is that if there is a user with a wallet address say 1Cat...XYZ, if I send him tokens, for them to be actually locked,the user has to approve some transactions / sign some transactions, and change Ownership authority to some Program/Smart contract. Is that the only way?

I mean I can create a separate interim token account that I control, mint tokens to it, and lock them by removing the ownership authority from the wallet, and giving the ownership authority to a program, that can control the lock time.

But these tokens aren't going to appear on any Solflare or Phantom wallets. I need to use your UI correct?
