How to add a parking lot for cars ?

When I tried to find "parking" in objects or in building or in places I find nothing (I use the app in French)

You are unable to do it with StreetComplete. If you want to map building, parkings, rivers, forests etc you need to use Vespucci (or use iD/JOSM/etc on a computer)

I did it with Vespucci but it seems like it could be useful to be able to do it without another app

• In StreetComplete there is _"Street Parking" overlay which allows you to map parkings adjacent to streets.
  But that overlay does not allow you to add non-street parkings (e.g. parking lots which you mention, underground parking garages and similar)

• For those, you can alternatively use SCEE (StreetComplete "Expert edition" fork).

  If you enable "Expert mode" in its settings, when you can long-press on the screen, you'll have the option to Add POI which will allow you to add those parking types too - but only as nodes. Other then that, SCEE by default looks pretty similar to StreetComplete, so it might be good solution for you if you prefer that UI and would like some extra features.

  Note however that it is generally more useful to add parkings as areas than as nodes. But again, parking marked as node is much more useful then nothing, so that might be good enough for you 😸
